This package is for the couple who is just starting out with their planning and feels overwhelmed, doesn’t know where to start, or feels like they need an extra set of hands on their team.  We will work with you through the entire planning process, guiding you on selecting your vendors, helping you stick to your budget, and answering those tricky questions you will encounter.

• Assistance with researching and selecting ceremony and reception venues

• Budget development and management

• Creating and implementing a task schedule

• Recommending vendors that fit your style and budget

• Communicating and confirming details with vendors

• Creating the wedding day itinerary

• Directing the wedding rehearsal

• Greeting and directing the vendors

• Overseeing ceremony and reception set-up

• Placement of standard wedding decor

• Coordinating the ceremony and reception based on the timeline

• Distributing final payments and/or tips to vendors
