Our 2019 wedding season was incredible! We got to work with some really amazing couples, experience some venues for the first time, and travel out of state for two destination weddings. We enjoyed working alongside of many creative vendors to produce some breathtaking weddings. Each year seems to just fly by and I really enjoyed looking back over all of our weddings as I put this recap together. Enjoy!

Some of you may be wondering ‘what exactly is the point of a wedding registry and do I really need one?’ I know many modern couples feel they already have everything they need for their home, especially if they have already been living together for years. And let’s face it, most people are hoping for CASH! But keep in mind, you will want to register for at least some items for your bridal shower at the very least. And while at most weddings these days we see very few actual gifts, some of your guests would really enjoy and prefer to buy you a gift rather than gift you money.

Who doesn’t love food trucks? They are so much fun, especially at a wedding! They are extremely versatile, can arrive in many shapes and sizes and can serve all types of cuisines. Today I’m going to share a few different ways to incorporate a food truck (or two) into your wedding plans as well as tell you about some of the unique options Milwaukee has to offer.

I’m sure you’ve seen these adorable fun filled gift boxes floating around on Pinterest. I think they are such a sweet gesture to give to your best gals either as a way of asking them to stand up in your wedding or as a thank you gift on the wedding day. These gift boxes typically contain items such as sweets, mini bottles of champagne, and personalized gifts. They can be purchased online (most commonly on Etsy); however, for those of you that are crafty, you might have more fun putting them together yourself!

Jenna and Paul were married in August at Terrace 167. There were a few light sprinkles during their outdoor ceremony, but that’s good luck, right? Not that these two need any luck! As you will read below, they have been great friends for a very long time and anyone who observes them together can see what a great match they make!
