Ryal and Connor’s wedding at Villa Terrace was intimate and special. The couple included many family traditions into their day and it was so beautiful to see them honor previous generations by continuing these traditions. First, Ryal and her mom sewed her wedding dress and reception dress! They used buttons from her mom’s dress and the same label that her grandma always sewed into clothes she made for the kids growing up.

Ryal also baked her own lemon flavored wedding cake. The bride baking her own cake was a tradition started by her grandma and continued by her mother and now her.

Ryal and Connor had beautiful first dances together and also with their parents. Villa Terrace’s breathtaking backdrop made for gorgeous photos of these meaningful moments.

Later in the evening, Ryal changed into her reception dress and fun blue shoes. We love a dress change to dance through the night!
