Sarah and Joe’s wedding at Chenequa Country Club was an absolute dream! Julia was the full planner for this wedding and worked closely with Sarah for a year to make her vision come to life. The theme of this wedding was lake coastal since it was over 4th of July weekend and at a country club on the lake. Working through the design process together, we focused on shades of blues and coastal elements that were a nod to the theme without being too obvious.
The head table featured a stunning waterfall of hydrangeas in shades of blue. Talk about a show stopping moment! We also brought in elevated chairs and linens to enhance the design. Place settings featured a coastal charger, a napkin fold to highlight the menu, along with pretty glassware. Romantic candlelight carried throughout the reception to add to the ambiance. The dance floor was another iconic moment and featured the couple’s monogram, perfect for photos and a sweet first dance.
P.S. Fun fact: Julia was the coordinator for the groom’s brother’s wedding 3 years ago and none of us realized the connection until the day of this wedding!
Cheers to Sarah and Joe - wishing you a lifetime of love and happiness!
