We get a lot of questions about the different roles of a venue coordinator, a wedding coordinator and a wedding planner, which is understandable because the titles are quite similar and some of our roles do overlap.

Rachel and Chris were so fun to work with for their beautiful wedding at Villa Terrace. They incorporated lots of fun elements into their day from special moments focused on wine and fun touches for the bar like including their dog, Max, on the bar sign. Rachel also included several beautiful touches as a tribute to her dad.
Alyshia and Mike’s wedding at Providence Vineyard was full of personal touches that made the day memorable for the couple and their families. During the ceremony, they had a surprise flower exchange where they gave each of their moms a flower which was a lovely way to incorporate their moms. They also had a drone shooting footage during the ceremony to capture the best overhead views.
Bridget and Keith were married at Gesu church and held their reception at The Pfister Hotel. They met while both attending school at Marquette University, so they made sure to get some photos on campus. Their wedding was quite elegant and incorporated touches of burgundy and navy with gold accents and lots of candlelight, which fit perfectly with the aesthetics of the Imperial Ballroom. The light-up dance floor they rented really jumpstarted the party and the dance floor was packed all night.
Leah and L.J.’s wedding was held at one of the most unique venues I have ever seen - their CrossFit gym! I love that they chose a location that was such a big part of their relationship. They spent a lot of thought and time transforming the gym into a beautiful reception venue complete with string lights hanging over the dance floor. For dinner guests could choose between two food trucks - Truck Meister and Hard Wood Cafe. They served an assortment of desserts including Nothing Bundt Cakes. It was a beautiful day and guests were able to easily move between inside and outside with the open garage door. I think it’s safe to say everyone was thoroughly impressed at what these two managed to do to the gym!
